Concept views

The world of STŌK, in three frames.

The dispensary is the main idea: a precise copper broth wall for daily ritual. Around it lives a separate yatai offering for events, private nights, pop-ups, and limited seasonal service.

The idea

The anti-Starbucks: hot, savory, restorative, and fast.

Choose a stock. Choose a mode. Add what your body wants. Walk away with a cup that feels like care.

Separate offering

The yatai is its own event business.

A handmade cart can carry the STŌK world into private dinners, openings, wellness events, late-night service, and special seasonal pours. It is not the first version of the dispensary. It is a parallel, mobile ritual with its own economics and magic.

01

Events

Private gatherings, brand nights, studio openings, wellness retreats, and chef collaborations.

02

Special offerings

Limited broths, ceremonial pours, seasonal menus, and higher-touch additions.

03

Mobile theater

Wood, copper, lanterns, steam, hand service, and a concentrated version of the Broth Map.

The future wall

Copper, steam, and precise pours.

The flagship version is a Japanese-future broth dispensary: automated base stocks, measured additions, a hydroponic herb wall, and a pickup rail that moves with the ease of a coffee bar.

The Broth Map

Asian warmth traditions, translated into daily cups.

Not fusion chaos. A respectful rotating map of stocks inspired by dashi, pho, laksa, rasam, soto, yakhni, seolleongtang, miso, bak kut teh, tom yum, sinigang, and other broth cultures.

01

Dashi Mineral

Kombu, shiitake, sea minerals, clean umami.

02

Pho Spice Beef

Star anise, cinnamon, clove, charred onion, deep stock.

03

Laksa Gold

Coconut, turmeric, lemongrass, chili, aromatic warmth.

04

Rasam Fire

Tamarind, black pepper, cumin, tomato, bright heat.

05

Soto Chicken

Chicken, turmeric, ginger, lime, herbs.

06

Bak Kut Pepper

Pepper, garlic, herbs, dark comfort.

07

Doenjang Mushroom

Fermented soybean, mushroom, scallion, earth.

08

Choose your mode

Functional additions, without supplement-shop chaos.

Clear

Just the stock. Warm, simple, savory.

Focus

Micro-caffeine, L-theanine, lion’s mane, rosemary.

Calm

Magnesium, glycine, ginger, soft herbs.

Recovery

Collagen, turmeric, black pepper, electrolytes.

Meal

Egg, greens, mushrooms, rice, noodles, herbs.

Plant stocks

The vegan side is not a corner. It is a grow wall.

Kombu, mushrooms, miso, wakame, roasted roots, tamarind, herbs, and hydroponic greens create plant stocks with real depth. The visual language is living, mineral, clean: copper, glass, soft light, and fresh garnish clipped to order.

Stock Notes

Each broth gets a QR note with current research, traditional context, ingredients, add-on suggestions, sodium/allergen cautions, and a clear line between what tradition suggests and what evidence supports.
